How should I hold paingone?Hold the device in the palm of your hand and wrap your fingers firmly around it. Your thumb should remain free to press the activating button. Ensure that your fingers make close contact with the metal ring.How many times should I click the device?30-40 times per application. This will be sufficient to prompt the natural pain relieving responses of your body. Clicking more than 40 times will not have any adverse effects.

Can someone else apply paingone on me to treat my back pain?
Yes. To apply paingone to someone else, hold the device in one hand, making sure the fingers are firmly wrapped around the metal ring. With your other hand, make contact with the person receiving the treatment. For example, place your hand on their shoulder. This will ensure that the treatment is correctly administered.
How long does paingone take to work?In many cases paingone will work to relieve pain almost immediately or within a few hours. A small number of people may need a little longer, and in these cases we recommend persevering with the device for up to 14 days to feel the full benefits. The degree of relief experienced varies from user to user and is affected by a variety of factors, including the severity of the user’s pain.
How often should I use paingone?Use paingone whenever you require relief from pain. Many users start with 3 to 5 applications a day and are able to reduce the number of applications needed as time progresses.
Can I overuse paingone?No. paingone is completely natural. It contains no drugs. As such, it has no side-effects and can be used as often as required. Many users begin by using the device several times a day and gradually they are able to reduce the frequency of their treatments.
What does the paingone treatment feel like?Sensitivity to the paingone treatment varies among users and depends upon the area of the body being treated. Some people find that they cannot or barely feel the pulses emitted by paingone. This is completely normal and does not indicate that there is a problem with the device. Other users find that each pulse delivers a small sensation to the skin. Again, this is completely normal.

How do I know if my paingone is working?When you press the activating button, paingone will make a ‘click’ noise. As long as paingone makes this ‘click’ noise, you can be sure that the device is working. When all the charge in the paingone has been used, it will no longer make a clicking noise when the activating button is pressed. At this point the device will need to be replaced.
How long will paingone last?paingone typically provides around 100,000 clicks. This is the equivalent of approximately 2 years daily use.
If I don’t use paingone, will it lose its charge? No. paingone retains its charge during periods of inactivity.I sometimes see a spark when I apply paingone. Is this normal?
This usually indicates that the device is not being held correctly. Check that the device is being held in accordance with the instructions and, in particular, pay attention that firm contact is being made with the metal band encircling the device.
Can PainGone be safely used on children?Yes. However, children under the age of 8 should only use the product with close adult supervision.
